Pairing businesses and schools to deliver transformational impact.
In the UK, family income is the strongest predictor of how well a young person will do at school and the future opportunities they will have. Future Frontiers exists to change this, by partnering leading businesses with local schools to deliver a programme of careers coaching, that changes lives and develops volunteers.

Before the programme I was confused, I didn’t have much experience or knowledge of the career that I wanted to go into. But now I really know what I’m going to be studying post-16. I think it’s really helped me...
I know a lot of people who don’t know what they want to be, or what courses and what routes they want to go down when they’re older. I feel like this programme has cleared up lots of questions for me and it’s helped me so much."

We exist to change this.
Find out how we're doing that in our 5 year strategy: Building Lasting Impact
